This is an all levels class.  It's great for those needing an active stretch, beginners and athletes looking for recovery.  Alignment, breath and mostly active passive style of poses are practiced in order to open the physical and energetic bodies as well as calm the mind. Each class will vary slightly with teacher style and background.  Sarah the studio owner and lead instructor utilizes the core principals from the Vikasa Yoga Method.
