This is an all levels Vinyasa Yoga class.   Vinyasa Yoga is a vibrant and flowing style of yoga that synchronizes breath with movement. It's characterized by a series of poses that smoothly transition from one to the next, creating a sequence that enhances flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.
