This is an all levels Hatha Yoga class.  Hatha Yoga focuses on the physical yoga postures and pranayama, breath control, and mediation.  The postures are performed with attention to alignment, technique and mindfulness.   Pranayama techniques are integrated to enhance respiratory function and energy flow.  Each class will vary slightly with teacher style and background.  Sarah the studio owner and lead instructor utilizes the core principals from the Vikasa Yoga Method.
