This is an all levels Hatha-Vinyasa style Yoga class.   Key elements from both styles are incorporated into sequence that includes both isometric static holds and dynamic movements combined with breath.  Each class will vary slightly with teacher style and background.  Sarah the studio owner and lead instructor utilizes the core principals from the Vikasa Yoga Method.
