Somatic Yin Yoga emphasizes on restoring safety in the body. The goal is to support the nervous system regulation and trauma healing. It integrates various somatic techniques such as mindful movement, body awareness, breathing, body tapping, vocal sounds, acupressure and of course yin yoga poses. This session combines about an hour of somatic yin yoga poses followed with the healing vibrations of sound healing with a mixture of instruments including Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Paiste Gong and more. This class is suitable for beginners.
