An active meditation that helps to balance the seven main chakra centers or energy centers.  This meditation technique involves the three elements of mantra, yantra and mudra.  Chanting mantras in coordination with the singing bowls (Tibetan bowls) and mudra (hand gestures), act as a powerful tool for releasing blockages and allows energy to move more freely in your physical and subtle body.  After the meditation a gong bath will be played for about 10-15 minutes.
