Go deeper with a 90 minute complete class that includes asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation for a well rounded authentic yoga practice.  Balance and detoxify your entire body, mind and energy.  You will move through more challenging postures while connected breath.   Personal style varies by each unique teacher but is rooted in Hatha Yoga and the Vikasa Yoga Method.  This class is an all levels class and some yoga experience preferred. First timers please try a Chill Hatha Yoga or Yin Yoga class first.
