Enjoy a restorative weekend class for all levels with yin yoga designed to open, stretch and relax your mind-body-energy.  This session combines about an hour of passive yin yoga poses followed with the healing vibrations of sound healing.  Unwind, release tension, and restore balance as you immerse yourself in the tranquil sounds and gentle movements, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.   This class is suitable for beginners.
