Sunday for the Soul was designed with the Self in mind.  With all the distraction that everyday human life brings, we often need to be reminded to return to our Self.  Each month we will bring you a Sunday experience that just allows that.  This is your sacred time to welcome a connection to your innermost essence, your higher Self.  You owe it to yourself to put your human obligations aside and take a Sunday to experience transformative sessions set to nourish your mind-body-soul connection.

Our June 23rd retreat will include sessions lead by all the Moksha Team members.   
The retreat runs 1:00pm to 5:00pm and is limited to only 10 participants.

The day allows for community interaction + shares, plus healthy snacks!
