Shift your mindset, reduce stress, promote mental clarity, increase energy and more with a consistent breath work and meditation practice. This class incorporates a combination of breathing and meditation techniques.  These practices are designed to bring the mind into stillness and a single point of focus which increases your concentration and mental clarity.  Techniques used will vary depending on the teacher's training background.  No experience required and all levels are welcome.
