This is an all levels Hatha Yoga class.  This class focuses on mastering the physical yoga postures (asanas) and the breathing practices (pranayama), which are two main pillars of this practice. 

Asanas are performed with attention to alignment, technique and mindfulness.   Pranayama techniques are integrated to enhance respiratory function and energy flow. This combination not only improves physical health but also prepares the mind for deeper meditative states leading to more inner peace and self-awareness.
