Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of movement that focuses on your core muscles while also toning your arms and legs.   This mat pilates class incorporates balls and bands to help further strengthen and tone.  Pilates is a mind, body, and energy practice with benefits including improved posture, better coordination and balance.  It can also help improve concentration, back pain, increase your body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention. Mat pilates includes over hundreds of exercises that can be practiced anywhere.  This is an all levels class great for men and women.  No experience is required.
