This is an all levels class suitable for beginners and high performance athletes that need to restore.  Restore sore muscles, joints and connective tissue.  This recovery based class will help to stretch your body, connect with your breath and calm your energy.   No flexibility required. Yoga props including straps, blocks and cushions are used to make postures accessible for all body types and imbalances.  Bring some much needed yin to your yang with this slower paced passive style yoga class.
