You will move through more challenging postures while connected breath in an M2 class.  Experience a unique sequence of postures that cultivates balance, stability, flexibility, and strength.   Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice and various traditional pranayama techniques will be incorporated with asana, the physical postures. Some yoga experience is preferred but not mandatory. Personal style varies by each unique teacher and is rooted in Hatha or Hatha Vinyasa.
