Explore the fundamental principles and postures of Hatha Yoga. Enjoy a unique sequence of postures during every M1 yoga class, along with helpful alignment cues to ensure a strong foundation and safe practice. This class is suitable for all levels and is the best class option for beginners.  This is a 75 minute level 1 class and it includes approximately 15 minutes of pranayama.
